Residential Support Worker Vacancy - Part-time & Full-time Residential Support Worker Vacancies


Rate of pay: £8.00p/h (Qualified) £7.20p/h (Unqualified)/ Sleep Ins £25.00 per-shift 


Shifts include: Day/Evenings/Nights/Weekends & Bank Holidays


An opportunity has arisen, and we are looking to recruit committed and enthustiastic people having a passion to work with children particularly to improving childrens lives who are living away from home. The position you are applying for is a regulated post; this means you are expected to work within the constraints of the homes written policies and guidelines and adhere to codes of conduct particular to the Children's Homes Standards 2015.


The main duties would be described as a care giver to nurture, have a positive influence on children, contribute to day to day orientation and the child's living arrrangement as outlined in individual care plans. As an employee you will be required to keep accurate and up to date records.


Candidates experienced in working with children in a residential setting before 2014 MUST hold the NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications working with Children And Young People. 


Candidates with no previous experience of work in residential settings will qualify for NVQ Level 3 training.


Candidates Must be aged 22 and above

Full Driving Licence is desirable.
